Review and sign your franchise agreement
Receive your welcome pack (brand guidelines, training schedule, contacts)
Attend the Franchise Introduction Call with your Franchise Support Manager

2. Location & Setup
Finalise your site selection with Brewsy’s Property Team
Approve café layout and design with Brewsy HQ
Confirm contractors for fit-out and signage
Schedule health & safety inspections
3. Operations Preparation
Place your first stock order (beans, packaging, equipment) via the Brewsy Supply Portal
Install and test your POS system
Set up WiFi, utilities, and security systems
Upload your store details to the Brewsy franchise portal
4. Training
Complete Franchisee Induction Programme (2 days at HQ)
Ensure all staff complete Barista Basics eLearning
Book in-store hands-on training with Brewsy Training Manager
Review customer service standards with your team
5. Marketing & Launch
Set up your Google Business Profile with Brewsy brand assets
Launch your local social media pages (with Brewsy templates)
Confirm your participation in national marketing campaigns
Plan your Grand Opening Event with HQ Marketing Support
6. Final Steps Before Opening
Carry out soft launch / test day with friends & family
Submit your pre-opening checklist to HQ
Receive final approval from your Franchise Support Manager
Announce your official opening date 🎉
7. After Opening
Submit first week’s sales report via the Franchise Portal
