Our Standards

• Handwashing: Wash hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds:
  • Before handling food or drink
  • After handling money, cleaning, or taking out bins
  • After using the toilet or touching your face/hair
• Uniform: Wear clean Brewsy uniform, apron, and name badge each shift.
• Hair: Tie back long hair. Hairnets are required when handling baked goods.
• Jewellery: Only plain wedding bands permitted — no rings, watches, or bracelets.
• Gloves: Use disposable gloves when handling ready-to-eat foods (e.g., sandwiches, pastries). Change frequently.
