• Complete Food Hygiene Level 2 training before starting work.
• Report any illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, flu-like symptoms) to the manager immediately — staff must not handle food until cleared.
• Log all cleaning, temperature checks, and incidents in the Brewsy Safety Record (via Franchise Portal).
