Earning Rewards
- Customers earn 1 point per £1 spent.
- Rewards unlock automatically:
- 50 points = Free regular coffee
- 100 points = Free pastry
- 200 points = Exclusive Brewsy mug or tote bag
- Bonus rewards are offered seasonally (e.g., free festive drink with app purchase).
Redeeming Rewards
- Customer opens their app wallet.
- Staff scan the reward QR code via the POS.
- POS auto-applies the discount or free item.
Once redeemed, rewards cannot be refunded or reissued.
