Preventative Tips
- Keep router in a well-ventilated, visible area (not behind metal or stacked boxes).
- Do not unplug router except for troubleshooting.
- Ensure staff know which network is Staff POS only and which is Guest WiFi.
- Update POS devices when prompted (off-peak hours).
