Preventative Tips

  • Keep router in a well-ventilated, visible area (not behind metal or stacked boxes).
  • Do not unplug router except for troubleshooting.
  • Ensure staff know which network is Staff POS only and which is Guest WiFi.
  • Update POS devices when prompted (off-peak hours).
