Your Training

Duration: First 2 weeks of employment
Goal: Build strong foundations in coffee, food safety, and service.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Introduction to Brewsy values and customer service standards
  • Food hygiene & allergen awareness (Level 2)
  • Café health & safety basics
  • Espresso machine operation (basic shot pulling, steaming milk)
  • POS operation & loyalty app sign-ups
  • Daily opening & closing checklists

Assessment:

  • Practical test: make an espresso, latte, and cappuccino to Brewsy standards
  • Short written quiz on food safety & allergens
  • Sign-off by Supervisor
