- Advanced espresso calibration (grind size, yield, extraction)
- Milk texturing for latte art basics
- Brewsy recipe standards (seasonal drinks, syrups, cold brews)
- Customer engagement & upselling techniques
- Handling refunds and customer complaints professionally
- Waste reduction & efficient workflow
Assessment:
- Full menu test: prepare 6 drinks in 10 minutes
- Latte art competency check (heart or rosetta)
- Supervisor-led mystery customer feedback
- Completion recorded in Brewsy Training Portal
