Duration: After 3–6 months (or when ready)
Goal: Achieve consistency and confidence in all core barista tasks.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Advanced espresso calibration (grind size, yield, extraction)
  • Milk texturing for latte art basics
  • Brewsy recipe standards (seasonal drinks, syrups, cold brews)
  • Customer engagement & upselling techniques
  • Handling refunds and customer complaints professionally
  • Waste reduction & efficient workflow

Assessment:

  • Full menu test: prepare 6 drinks in 10 minutes
  • Latte art competency check (heart or rosetta)
  • Supervisor-led mystery customer feedback
  • Completion recorded in Brewsy Training Portal
