Your Training

Duration: Typically 12+ months of experience
Goal: Become a Brewsy coffee leader and trainer.

What You’ll Learn:

• Specialty coffee knowledge (origins, roasting, tasting notes)
• Advanced latte art (swan, tulip, complex pours)
• Troubleshooting espresso machine & grinder issues
• Training new hires and mentoring Beginner Baristas
• Store-level leadership (shift lead responsibilities)
• Representing Brewsy at community & brand events

Assessment:

• Coffee knowledge exam (origins, processing methods, tasting)
• Blind cupping test with HQ Coffee Trainer
• Latte art “signature pour” evaluation
• Teaching demonstration (training a new barista under observation)
