Best Practices:
- Greet every guest within 5 seconds of entering the store.
- Use the guest’s name if known (loyalty program or repeat visits).
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment at all times.
- Use positive, energetic language: “Good morning! Welcome to Brewsy. What’s your favorite today?”
