The Process

Step 1: Resume Screening

  • Prioritize candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm or community involvement.

Step 2: Phone Screening (Optional)

  • Confirm availability, communication skills, and interest in coffee culture.

Step 3: In-Person Interview

  • Evaluate interpersonal skills, energy, and alignment with Brewsy values.
  • Include situational questions to assess problem-solving and adaptability.

Step 4: Practical Assessment (Optional but Recommended)

  • Short exercise like taking a mock order, preparing a basic drink, or demonstrating POS use.
  • Assess attention to detail, speed, and customer interaction skills.
