The Process

Step 2: Phone Screening (Optional)
- Confirm availability, communication skills, and interest in coffee culture.
Step 3: In-Person Interview
- Evaluate interpersonal skills, energy, and alignment with Brewsy values.
- Include situational questions to assess problem-solving and adaptability.
Step 4: Practical Assessment (Optional but Recommended)
- Short exercise like taking a mock order, preparing a basic drink, or demonstrating POS use.
- Assess attention to detail, speed, and customer interaction skills.
